Orfeo Rug

Orfeo ORFEO is an exploration of light transformed into surface, of time suspended in a circular instant.

Born from a journey to Paris, where the chromatic vibration of Sonia Delaunay and Robert Delaunay sparked the origin of this collection, the five generated pieces reinterpret solar discs through Orphism as a language, transforming the rug into a painting and the space into a canvas.

Each piece is structured around these solar discs, generating open and combinable chromatic relationships, capable of engaging in dialogue with one another and creating ever-changing landscapes.

Recycled materials such as woven vinyl are crafted into rugs and tapestries, honoring the skill of artisans and the designer’s vision. Alongside our materials, Woop Rugs explores the potential of fibers, creating pieces that balance heritage and sustainability, weaving the past into the present.
